Terms and Conditions: - All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and correctly sexed, unless otherwise stated. - We will provide an original signed breeder certificate with pictures on all 100% heterozygous animals. - Overseas customers welcome, C.I.T.E.S. documents available at no extra cost. - Live arrival guaranteed, under normal shipping and receiving conditions provided ALL PICK-UPS are made WITHIN 4 HOURS OF ARRIVAL at destination, verification of your shipment upon receiving your animals is a must. Notification of any lost or damaged parcels must be reported immediately to the carrier, at which time you must file for damage or lost claim immediately, especially if death of your animal(s) is involved. This is to ensure that all procedures and documents are in order in the event that an insurance payment is required from the carrier. The 4 hours pick up limit is important otherwise we no longer assume any responsibility. - Seasonal shipping from April to October. Any shipments outside this time frame will have terms and conditions pre-arranged with purchaser prior to shipping. - We must be notified within 24 hours of any problems with your purchase. - All snakes will be packed in a professional manner prior to shipping. - Reservations accepted only with a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. - Shipping methods will be as per customer’s preference. No shipping charges within Canada on orders over $1,500.00. - Flexible payment plans available (within reason), terms and conditions to be negotiated.
